AWARD OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR FOREST ALLEY TRASH ENCLOSURE\nRecommendations:\n(1) Award and authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with SDC Engineering Inc, in the amount of $224,241, for the Forest Alley Trash Enclosure project; and\n(2) Authorize the City Manager to approve project related expenses and construction change orders for unforeseen circumstances for an amount not-to-exceed $22,000.\nStaff Report
