8.7 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 2018-01, TELEGRAPH ROAD PAVEMENT\nREHABILITATION – LEFFINGWELL ROAD TO IMPERIAL HIGHWAY AND TRAFFIC\nSIGNAL UPGRADE AT SPRINGVIEW DRIVE – APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE\nON-CALL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CNC ENGINEERING FOR\nPROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES - It is recommended the City Council\napprove and authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment to the On-Call\nProfessional Services Agreement between the City of La Mirada and CNC Engineering to\nprovide professional civil engineering services for CIP No. 2018-01, Telegraph Road\nPavement Rehabilitation – Leffingwell Road to Imperial Highway and Traffic Signal Upgrade\nat Springview Drive, based on the CNC Engineering proposal dated August 9, 2024, in the\namount of $61,470; and authorize the City Manager to approve additional professional\nservices up to 20 percent of the authorized contract amount, if required.\n8.7 CIP No. 2018-01
