Direct and authorize the City Manager & Assistant City\nManager/CFO/Treasurer to continue using the six (6) Strategic Plan\nPriorities in the Momentum MoVal Strategic Plan for the City of\nMoreno Valley as the priorities to manage the City, including, but not\nlimited to, Budget, CIP, Programs, Services, etc.
