7. APPROVAL AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH PSOMAS FOR\nPROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL AND ENGINEERING\nDESIGN SERVICES FOR THE WEST SANTA ANA\nBIKEWAY (WSAB) TRAIL – PHASE II PROJECT (CITY PROJECT\nNO. 9932)\nRecommended Action: 1) Appropriate $38,000 of the interest\nincome from the Priority Legislative Budget Project (PLBP) fund to\ncover the expense; and 2) Approve Amendment No. 2 to the\nagreement with Psomas in an amount not to exceed $37,955 for\nengineering redesign services and authorize the Mayor or her\ndesignee to execute the amendment.
