8.8 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 2019-01, CREEK PARK RENOVATION -\nAPPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES\nAGREEMENT WITH SOUTHSTAR ENGINEERING & CONSULTING, INC. FOR\nPROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES - It is recommended the City Council\napprove and authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment to the on-call\nProfessional Services Agreement with Southstar Engineering and Consulting, Inc. to\nperform a constructability review of the Creek Park renovation plans, based on their\nproposal in the amount of $53,473.36; and authorize the City Manager to approve\nadditional professional services up to 20 percent of the authorized contract amount, if\nrequired.\n8.8 CIP NO. 2019-01
