RESOLUTION NO. 23-14 RELATING TO COUNCIL REORGANIZATION\nTIMING AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 21-50\nAt its meeting of February 21, 2023, the City Council directed staff to prepare\nan item changing the timeframe of the City Council’s non-election\nreorganizations from December to March. Proposed Resolution No. 23-14\nwould effectuate that change. There is no fiscal impact related to this item.\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: Not a Project as\ndefined in Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 23-14 relating to\nCouncil reorganization and repealing Resolution No. 21-50.
