9.i ADOPT A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CITY OF PALM DESERT 175\nSTANDARD DETAILS AND DESIGN GUIDELINES\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Adopt a resolution entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY\nCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM DESERT, CALIFORNIA,\nAPPROVING UPDATED CITY OF PALM DESERT STANDARD\nDETAILS AND DESIGN GUIDELINES AND MAKING A FINDING\nOF EXEMPTION UNDER CEQA”.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to publish the City of Palm Desert\nStandard Details and Design Guidelines on the City’s website and\nmake it available to the public.\n3. Authorize the City Manager to periodically review and update these\nstandards as necessary to keep up with operational and\nconstruction advancements.\n4\nPalm Desert City Council Meeting Agenda\nOctober 24, 2024
