12.10 Approval of a Second Amendment to Attorney-Client Agreement with Danning, Gill,\nIsrael & Krasnoff, LLP for Bankruptcy Legal Services Relating to Illegal Cannabis\nOperations.\nRECOMMENDATION OF BUSINESS ITEM UNDER CONSIDERATION:\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve the Second Amendment to the Attorney-Client Agreement with Danning, Gill,\nIsrael & Krasnoff, LLP, to increase the cap on legal fees from $50,000 to $75,000 incurred\nin the representation of the City of El Monte in the bankruptcy matter (Crown Estates\nHolding) involving property where illegal cannabis activities have occurred; and\n2.
