14.1 Consideration and Approval of a Construction Contract with R Dependable Const, Inc.\nfor the El Monte Homekey Phase 1 Rehabilitation of Existing Budget Inn Motel Project.\nRECOMMENDATION OF BUSINESS ITEM UNDER CONSIDERATION:\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve a Construction Contract for R Dependable Const, Inc. in the amount of\n$1,890,000 for the El Monte Homekey Phase 1 – Rehabilitation of the existing Budget\nInn Motel Project; and\n2.
