Funds will\nbe available, beginning in FY 2025, in the Metro Sewer Utility Fund ,\ncontingent upon adoption of the Annual Appropriation Ordinance for the\napplicable FY, and contingent upon the Chief Financial Officer furnishing one\nor more certificates certifying that funds necessary for expenditure are, or\nwill be, on deposit with the City Treasurer.
