Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to the City's agreement with Falck\nMobile Health Corporation, DBA Care Ambulance Service Inc. (Falck), for EMS Emergency Transportation\nServices;and\nB. Authorize the City Manager to execute the option to extend the agreement with Falck in future years in\naccordance with the fee schedule in Amendment No. 2.
