Runway 17/35 Reconstruction Bidding Support, Construction Management &\nInspection Services, Project CC21-015\nRecommendation:\nThat the Southern California Logistics Airport Authority Board of Directors:\n(1) Approve Amendment Three to the Consultant/Professional Services Provider\nAgreement to Burns & McDonnell Engineering Company, Inc., for Bidding Support,\nConstruction Management & Inspection Services, Project CC21-015, increasing the\ntotal not to exceed compensation by $142,872.52 to $1,180,236.35; and\n(2) Extending the Term of the Agreement to June 30, 2025.
