5.2 CONCEPT PLAN REVIEW FOR A TOWNHOME COMMUNITY AT 95 ARGONAUT\nRecommended Action:\n1. Conduct a public hearing to review and provide initial feedback on concept plans\nfor a development proposal involving the demolition of an existing office building to\naccommodate the construction of a townhome community at 95 Argonaut\n(“Project”); and\n2.
