Martin Luther King, Jr. Medical Campus Transitional Age Youth Drop-In\nCenter Project Construction Contract\nRecommendation: Certify that the Addendum to the previously certified Final\nEnvironmental Impact Report (FEIR) for the Martin Luther King, Jr. Medical\nCampus Transitional Age Youth Drop-In Center Project, Capital Project No.\n8A055 (Project) (2), has been completed in compliance with the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act and reflects the independent judgment and analysis\nof the County, find that the Board has reviewed and considered the information\ncontained in the Addendum and FEIR prior to approving the Project, and\napprove the Addendum; establish the Project, and approve the make-ready\nscope and budget of $2,070,000; approve an appropriation adjustment to\ntransfer $2,070,000 to the proposed Project from the obligated fund balance\nCommitted for American Rescue Plan-Enabled Capital Programs; and authorize\nthe Director of Public Works to deliver the make-ready scope for the Project\nusing a Board-approved Job Order Contract.
