Paid Family Leave Pilot Program\nRecommendation: Approve an ordinance for introduction amending County\nCode, Title 6 - Salaries, to allow non-represented employees participating in the\nFlex and MegaFlex cafeteria benefit plans to participate in a two-year Paid\nFamily Leave Pilot Program, beginning January 1, 2025, and terminating on\nDecember 31, 2026; and instruct the Auditor-Controller to make the payroll\nsystem changes necessary to implement the changes recommended herein for\npay warrants issued on and after January 15, 2025.
