Countywide Classification/Compensation Actions\nRecommendation: Approve an ordinance for introduction amending County\nCode, Title 6 - Salaries, to add one new employee classification for the\nDepartment of Health Services; reclassify 46 positions in the Department of\nMental Health following a Financial Services Bureau - Budget and Financial\nReporting Division and Human Resources Bureau Reorganization Studies\n(Phase I); reclassify seven positions in the Departments of Children and Family\nServices, Health Services, and Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk; extend\nnegotiated market-based inequity adjustments and bonus incentives to certain\nnon-represented employees in various Departments; and make various\ntechnical and administrative corrections.
