38. Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Training Services\nContract\nRecommendation: Approve and authorize the Director of Mental Health to\nexecute a contract with The Sycamores to provide Trauma-Focused Cognitive\nBehavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) training services, effective upon Board approval\nthrough June 30, 2026, with two annual extension options, with a Total Contract\nAmount (TCA) for the term of the contract of $540,000, $270,000 for Fiscal\nYear (FY) 2024-25 and $270,000 for FY 2025-26, fully funded by Mental Health\nServices Act - Prevention and Early Intervention revenue; and authorize the\nDirector to take the following actions: (Department of Mental Health)\nAPPROVE\nExecute future amendments to revise the boilerplate language, revise the\nTCA, add, delete, modify, or replace the statement of work, and/or,\nreflect Federal, State, and County regulatory, statutory and/or policy\nchanges provided that the County’s total payment will not exceed an\nincrease of 10% from the Board-approved TCA, and sufficient funds are\navailable; and\nTerminate the contract in accordance with the termination provisions,\nincluding termination for convenience, if necessary.
