Reestablish and Increase the Reward Offer in the Investigation of the\nDisappearance and Death of Mitrice Richardson\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Mitchell: Reestablish and increase\nthe reward previously offered from $20,000 to $25,000 in exchange for\ninformation leading to the apprehension and conviction of the person or\npersons responsible for the suspicious disappearance and heinous death of\n24-year-old Mitrice Richardson, who was released from the Los Angeles\nCounty Sheriff’s Department’s Lost Hills Substation in Agoura on September 17,\n2009, and on August 9, 2010, Ms. Richardson’s remains were found in Dark\nCanyon by local rangers.
