Program Evaluation Services Contract\nRecommendation: Authorize the Chief Probation Officer to execute a contract\nwith Northwest Professional Consortium, Inc. for the provision of program\nevaluation services under the Juvenile Justice Crime Prevention Act (JJCPA) at\nan estimated annual contract amount of $450,000, for a one-year period\ncommencing upon execution by the Chief Probation Officer; execute contract\nmodifications to extend the term for up to six one-year periods at an estimated\nannual amount of $450,000; execute amendments to extend the contract period\nby an additional six months to the period of performance, pursuant to the terms\nof the contract; and approve non-material, technical, and administrative\nchanges to the contract, approve necessary changes to the scope of service\nand the contract sum and, if necessary, authorize termination of, in whole or in\npart, the contract with Northwest Professional Consortium, Inc.
