California Energy Commission Southern California Equitable Build\nDecarbonization Program Funding\nRecommendation: Accept $328,720,000 from the California Energy\nCommission (CEC) for calendar years 2024 through 2029 to implement the\nEquitable Building Decarbonization Efficiency (EBD) grant program; and\nauthorize the Director of Internal Services to execute contractual agreements\nwith contractors, community-based organizations, Joint Powers Authority, and\nother public agencies, to implement and administer the CEC EBD grant\nprogram, and execute a budget and funding agreement with the corresponding\ngrant agency for the grant program to allow for the disbursement of funds to the\nCounty.
