Lakewood Enhanced Infrastructure Financing District and Infrastructure\nFinancing Plan\nRecommendation: Adopt a resolution authorizing the County to participate in\nand contribute incremental property tax revenue to the Lakewood Enhanced\nInfrastructure Financing District (EIFD) (4) to finance approved infrastructure\nprojects; approve the EIFD Infrastructure Financing Plan; designate the\nSupervisor of the Supervisorial District in which the EIFD is located as a\nmember of the public financing authority that is the governing body for the\nEIFD; and find that the proposed resolution is not subject to the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act.
