Jackie Robinson Park HVAC Replacement Project\nRecommendation: Establish and approve the Jackie Robinson Park HVAC\nReplacement Project, Capital Project No. 8A072 (Project) (5), with a total\nProject budget of $325,000; approve an appropriation adjustment to transfer\n$325,000 from the Department of Parks and Recreations’ Operating Budget\nutilizing one-time Net County Cost funding for deferred maintenance to the\nProject, to fully fund the proposed Project; authorize the Director of Parks and\nRecreation to carry out the Project through a Board-approved Job Order\nContract; and find that the proposed Project is exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act.
