49. On-Call Job Analysis Study and Related Services Agreement\nRecommendation: Award and authorize the Director of Public Works to execute\na consultant service agreement with Talogy, LLC, for on-call job analysis study\nand related services, for an initial term of one year with four one-year renewal\noptions, if exercised, and an annual agreement amount not to exceed\n$1,000,000, with sufficient funding available in the Department of Public Works'\nInternal Services Fund (B04 - Services and Supplies) Fiscal Year 2024-25\nBudget; find that the proposed actions are not a project pursuant to the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act; and authorize the Director to take the\nfollowing actions: (Department of Public Works) APPROVE\nAuthorize additional services and extend the agreement expiration dates\nas necessary to complete those additional services when those additional\nservices are previously unforeseen, related to a previously assigned\nscope of work on a given project, and are necessary for the completion\nof that given project;\nSupplement the not-to-exceed annual agreement amount by up to 25% of\nthe original agreement amount based on workload requirements; and\nAdminister the agreement and, at the discretion of the Director, exercise\nthe extension options, based upon project demands and the level of\nsatisfaction with the services provided with no change to the initial\nnot-to-exceed agreement amount, and suspend/terminate the agreement\nfor convenience, if it is in the best interest of the County.
