66. Southern California Gas Company Gas Pipeline Franchise Ordinance\nOrdinance for introduction granting a gas pipeline franchise to Southern\nCalifornia Gas Company, a California Corporation (Franchisee), to construct,\nmaintain, and operate a pipeline system for an initial term of 10 years,\nbeginning on January 9, 2025, and expiring on January 8, 2035, and, subject\nto its renewal, immediately followed by one renewal term of 10 years, beginning\non January 9, 2035, and expiring on January 8, 2045, for a total term of up to\n20 years, in the unincorporated territory of the County, the base annual fee\npayable to the County by Franchisee will be determined according to a formula\ncontained in Section 2 of this franchise ordinance, franchisee will also pay\nadditional fees as provided in the ordinance.
