Mountain Oaks Acquisition\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Barger: Allocate an amount not to\nexceed $2,500,000 in Proposition A Excess Funds, available to the Fifth\nSupervisorial District pursuant to the Los Angeles County Safe Neighborhood\nParks Proposition of 1996, to the Mountains Recreation and Conservation\nAuthority for the Mountains Oaks Acquisition Project; authorize the Director of\nthe Regional Park and Open Space District to award grants when applicable\nconditions have been met, and administer the grants as of the date of award\nand pursuant to guidelines in the Proposition A Grants Administration Manual\nfor Specified, Per Parcel, and Excess Funds Projects, otherwise funds shall\nremain in the Excess Funds account; and find that the proposed actions are not\nsubject to California Environmental Quality Act.
