ALLOCATION OF ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR UPGRADES AND MAINTENANCE OF\nTHE CYPRESS WATER PRODUCTION FACILITY\nPresented by Lina Hernandez, Deputy City Manager/Public Works Director\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Appropriate an additional $400,000 plus 10% contingency\nfor unexpected costs in the amount of $40,000 for a total not to exceed $440,000,\ninclusive of previously approved funding, from the Water Capital Fund for upgrades and\nmaintenance of the Cypress Water Production Facility.
