PROJECT NO. 7232 - AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT\nAND INSPECTION SERVICES FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL IMPROVEMENTS ON ALONDRA BOULEVARD\nFROM HOME DEPOT TO SHOEMAKER AVENUE - ENGINEERS REPORT 24-15\nStaff recommends City Council approve Amendment No. 1 to the agreement with Transtech Engineers, Inc.\nto continue the scope of work of Construction Management and Inspection Services for Project No. 7232 in\nan amount not to exceed $53,998.50, which will increase the agreement amount from $159,235, not to\nexceed $213,233.50; and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment on behalf of the City, in a\nform approved by the City Attorney.
