Recommendation:
1. Award a Professional Services Agreement for a three-year base term and
two, 1-year options to extend to Soundskilz, Inc., to provide on-call special
event planning and management services;
2. Award a Professional Services Agreement for a three-year base term and
two, 1-year options to extend to ARAS Enterprises, Inc., to provide on-call
special event planning and management services;
3. Award a Professional Services Agreement for a three-year base term and
two, 1-year options to extend to All Occasions Services, to provide on-call
special event planning and management services;
4. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreements in a form approved
by the City Attorney; and
5 Authorize the City Manager to execute a Task Order with Soundskilz, Inc.
for immediate planning and execution of the 2026 Celebration Hub and
Open Streets Event.
