CONSIDERATION OF PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE PROGRAM YEAR (PY) 2025
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) ACTION PLAN AND ASSOCIATED
BUDGET AMENDMENT
It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:
Conduct a public hearing regarding the PY 2025 CDBG Action Plan;
1.
Approve the proposed amendment to the PY 2025 CDBG Action Plan to increase the
funding for Project 25001- FY 24-25 Residential Street Rehabilitation; and
2.
Approve the following resolution:

PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE PROGRAM YEAR (PY) 2026 COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) ACTION PLAN
It is recommended that the City Council:
Conduct a public hearing regarding the PY 2026 CDBG Action Plan; and
1.
Direct staff to develop a draft PY 2026 CDBG Action Plan, based on the needs and
priorities approved for the PY 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan.
