INTERGOVERNMENTAL, SPECIAL PURPOSE COMMITTEE, AND DEPARTMENTAL REPORTS\nLas Virgenes Municipal Water District - PURE Water Project Update\nAgoura Hills Library Quarterly Update\nClean Power Alliance Update

1. Approve Demand Warrant Register No. 940\nRECOMMENDATION: Approve Demand Warrant Register No. 940.

2. Approve Notice of Completion for the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Pavement Rehabilitation Project; NIB 24-05\nRECOMMENDATION: 1) Approve, and accept as complete, the work of Mission Paving and Sealing, Inc., for the\nFiscal Year 2024-25 Pavement Rehabilitation Project; NIB 24-05; and, 2) Authorize the Director of Public Works\nto sign the Notice of Completion for the project, and authorize the City Clerk to forward the Notice of Completion\nto the County Recorder for recordation.

3. Approve Request to Approve the Voltaic Infrastructure Proposal and Authorize the Purchase of Additional\nElectric Vehicles\nRECOMMENDATION: 1) Authorize the City Manager to execute the Voltaic Cost Proposal for $113,015.00; 2)\nAuthorize the use of $62,000 from the AB 2766 Fund to purchase one (1) Electric Vehicle from the Sourcewell\nProgram; and, 3) Authorize the appropriation of $250,000 from 260-4180-5682.33 Miscellaneous Grants Other\nImprovements Fund to purchase up to three (3) Electric Vehicles, including the EV Charging Station\nInfrastructure installation.

4. Approve: 1) Agreement for Payment of Costs, with David Brody for Dale Poe Development Corporation, in\nConnection with the Preparation of Environmental Documentation; and 2) Agreement for Contractor Services,\nwith Rincon Consultants Incorporated, for the Preparation of the Environmental Documentation Related to\nPreparation of an Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration for the ABC North Phase II Project\nRECOMMENDATION: 1) Approve Agreement for Payment of Costs, with David Brody for Dale Poe\nDevelopment Corporation, in Connection with the Preparation of Environmental Documentation; and, 2) Approve\nAgreement for Contractor Services, with Rincon Consultants Incorporated, for the Preparation of the\nEnvironmental Documentation Related to Preparation of an Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration for the\nABC North Phase II Project.

5. Adopt Resolution No. 25-2118; Summarily Vacating the Sanitary Sewer Easement Located at 29045 Agoura\nRoad (APN #2061-006-044) and Making a Finding of Exemption Under the California Environmental Quality Act\nRECOMMENDATION: 1) Adopt Resolution No. 25-2118 summarily vacating the sanitary sewer easement\nlocated at 29045 Agoura Road and making a finding of exemption under the California Environmental Quality\nAct; and, 2) Authorize the City Clerk to forward a certified copy of the Resolution to the Los Angeles County\nRecorder’s Office for recording.

6. Discussion to Consider Approval of the 2025 Update of the City of Agoura Hills Arterial Streetscape Master\nPlan\nRECOMMENDATION: Approve the 2025 update of the City of Agoura Hills Arterial Streetscape Master Plan.

7. Discussion to Consider Award of Contract to RRM Design Group for Preparation of Concept Plans/Strategies\nand Progress Update on Property Owner Engagement\nRECOMMENDATION: 1) Award a consultant services agreement to RRM Design Group for the preparation of\nConcept Plans and strategies to create gathering place experiences along Agoura Road; 2) Authorize the Mayor\nto execute the contract agreement with RRM Design Group; and, 3) Discuss the staff update on discussions with\nproperty owners and stakeholders, and provide feedback on the progress made to-date.\nCITY COUNCIL, STAFF COMMENTS
