Adopt Resolution No. 25-2118; Summarily Vacating the Sanitary Sewer Easement Located at 29045 Agoura Road (APN #2061-006-044) and Making a Finding of Exemption Under the California Environmental Quality Act RECOMMENDATION: 1) Adopt Resolution No. 25-2118 summarily vacating the sanitary sewer easement located at 29045 Agoura Road and making a finding of exemption under the California Environmental Quality Act; and, 2) Authorize the City Clerk to forward a certified copy of the Resolution to the Los Angeles County Recorder’s Office for recording.
