Conduct second reading and adopt an Ordinance entitled: AN ORDINANCE OF\nTHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALISO VIEJO AMENDING SECTIONS\n15.10.020 (PERMITTED USES IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS) AND 15.38.030\n(RESIDENTIAL PARKING REQUIREMENTS) OF THE ALISO VIEJO MUNICIPAL\nCODE PERTAINING TO LOW BARRIER NAVIGATION CENTERS, GROUP\nQUARTERS, RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITIES, AND EMPLOYEE HOUSING\nAND DETERMINING THE ORDINANCE TO BE EXEMPT FROM CEQA; and\n2. Find the Ordinance is not a “project” under California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA) Guidelines section 15378.
