4.6 FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH HARBOR POINTE AIR CONDITIONING & CONTROL SYSTEMS FOR HVAC MAINTENACE SERVICES Recommended Action: 1. Approve a first amendment to the agreement with Harbor Pointe Air Conditioning & Control Systems to perform HVAC maintenance services that increases the total compensation under the agreement by $50,000 for a total agreement amount of $100,000; and 2.
