NAVIANT CONTRACT AMENDMENT RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council: 1) Authorize the City Manager or his designee to Execute a First Amendment to the Contract Agreement with Naviant, Inc. 2) Authorize the City Manager or his designee to renew the contract annually for two consecutive years with an annual increase of 7.5%.
