Award a contract in the amount of $248,800.00 to Savi Construction, Inc. as the\nlowest responsible bidder for the FY24-25 ADA Curb Ramp Project - CDBG;\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with Savi Construction, Inc.;\n4. Authorize City staff to make total compensation to Savi Construction Inc. up to\n$248,800 plus $24,880 (10% of the contract amount) to allow for contingencies,\ntotaling $273,680; and
