Adopt a Resolution calling for the holding of a Special Municipal Election to be\nheld on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, for the election of certain officers as\nrequired by the provisions of the laws of the State of California relating to\ngeneral law cities;\n3. Adopt a Resolution requesting the Orange County Board of Supervisors to\nconsolidate the Regular General Municipal Election to be held on Tuesday,\nNovember 3, 2026, with the Statewide General Election to be held on the same\ndate pursuant to Section 10403 of the California Elections Code;\n4. That the City Council of the City of Aliso Viejo (“City”) adopt Resolution No.\n2026-XX, a new City Council policy addressing a disruption of telephonic or\ninternet service during City Council meetings, in compliance with Senate Bill\n707 and Government Code Sections 54953.9 and 54953.10; and\n2.
