6.2 PROPOSED ANNUAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026-27 Recommended Actions: 1. Adopt a Resolution adopting the Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2026-27; and 2. Adopt a Resolution approving updated City Salary Schedules to include cost- of-living adjustments of 3.2% and the addition of Principal Civil Engineer and Principal Planner job classifications, effective July 1, 2026; and 3. Adopt a Resolution setting the annual appropriations limit for Fiscal Year 2026- 27.
