Approve the Professional Services Agreement with CleanFleets.net LLC, in the not to exceed\namount of $100,000 per contract year for a total contract amount not to exceed $500,000, for\nprofessional vehicle/emission consulting services for a five year term; and authorize the Director\nof Public Works to execute the agreement and to take the necessary actions to implement and\nadminister the agreement.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF ANAHEIM authorizing the Director of Public Works or designee to submit two improvement\nproject grant applications to the Orange County Transportation Authority for funding under Project\nO - the Regional Capacity Program under Measure M2 on behalf of the City of Anaheim, and if\nawarded, authorize the acceptance of such grant on behalf of the City and amend the budget for\nthe fiscal year accordingly [Lincoln Avenue and Harbor Boulevard Intersection Improvements\nProject and the Lincoln Avenue widening from Evergreen Street to State College Boulevard\nProject; grant request in the amount of $1,300,812 and match amount of $433,604].
