Approve the Professional Services Agreement with CleanFleets.net LLC, in the not to exceed\namount of $100,000 per contract year for a total contract amount not to exceed $500,000, for\nprofessional vehicle/emission consulting services for a five year term; and authorize the Director\nof Public Works to execute the agreement and to take the necessary actions to implement and\nadminister the agreement.
