6.5 APPROVE THE SEWER LIFT STATION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND SECURITIES FOR TRACT\nMAP NO. 17247\nThat the Town Council approve the agreement and securities, subject to approval as to form by the Town Attorney and as to\ncontent by the Town Manager, for the sewer lift station improvement yet to be completed. The agreement and securities will\nremain in effect until this public improvement within Tract Map No. 17247 is complete and eligible for the one-year maintenance\nperiod to begin. Per the agreement, the Developer has two years to complete the lift station.

Accept the work completed by KNC Construction, Inc. as part of the Apple Valley Golf Course and Community Center\nAccessibility Project for a total contract cost of $1,606,880.33.\nB. Direct the Town Clerk to file the Notice of Completion for the contracted work.\nC. Direct the Director of Finance to release the retained funds 30 days after the Notice of Completion has been filed,\nprovided no claims are filed against the contractor.
