Adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration for GPA 2022-007, ZC 2022-005, DCA 2022-003, and TTM 20453, and\nassociated Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program.\nB. Find that the facts presented in the staff report support the required Findings for approval and adopt the Findings.\nC. Adopt Resolution No. 2023-34 adopting General Plan Amendment GPA 2022-007.\nD. Move to waive Reading of Ordinance No. 567 in its entirety and read by title only.\nE. Introduce Ordinance No. 567 adopting Development Code Amendment DCA 2022-003 and Zone Change ZC 2022-005.\nF. Approve Tentative Tract Map TTM 20453, subject to the attached Conditions of Approval, as amended.
