6.2 JULY 2024 COMMERCIAL WARRANTS AND WIRE TRANSFER SCHEDULES\nThat the Town Council receive, ratify, and file the Commercial Warrants and Wire Transfer Schedules as presented.

6.3 JULY 2024 PAYROLL/BENEFITS WARRANTS SCHEDULE\nThat the Town Council receive, ratify, and file the payroll/benefits warrants as presented.

6.4 AWARD OF CONTRACT, DOUBLE MODULAR DEMOLITION\nA. That the Town Council review and approve the bid documents for the Double Modular Demolition Project; and\nB. Award a contract to Unlimited Environmental, Inc. in the amount of $75,000.00, for the Double Modular Demolition\nProject subject to “Approval as to Form” by the Town Attorney and “Approval as to Content” by the Town Manager.

6.5 APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 4 FOR THE YUCCA LOMA ROAD WIDENING PROJECT\nApprove Amendment Number 4 to Kimley-Horn for the Yucca Loma Road Widening Project from Apple Valley Road to Rincon\nRoad for a total cost of $77,000.

6.6 AWARD CHIP SEAL 2024 PROJECT\nA. That the Town Council review and approve the bid documents for the Chip Seal 2024 Project;\nB. Award a contract to American Pavement Systems, Inc. in the amount of $2,297,810 plus a 10% contingency of $229,781\nfor a total project cost of $2,527,591, for the Chip Seal 2024 Project subject to “Approval as to Form” by the Town\nAttorney and “Approval as to Content” by the Town Manager.

6.7 FY 2024-2025 BUDGET OF THE APPLE VALLEY PROPERTY AND BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT\nDISTRICT (PBID)\nThat the Town Council approve the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Budget of the Apple Valley Village Property and Business Improvement\nDistrict Association (PBID).

8.1 ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2024-26 IN SUPPORT OF CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 36\nAdopt Resolution No. 2024-26 supporting Proposition 36, the Homelessness, Drug Addiction, and Theft Reduction Act\n(Initiative No. 23-0017A1).

8.2 ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2024-27 ESTABLISHING THE CITIZEN’S TRANSACTIONS AND USE\n(SALES) TAX REVENUE MEASURE OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE AND APPROVE COMMITTEE\nBYLAWS\nAdopt Resolution No. 2024-27 establishing the Citizen’s Transactions and Use (Sales) Tax Revenue Measure Oversight\nCommittee, and approve Committee Bylaws, should the General Transactions and Use (Sales) Tax Measure at a rate of one\ncent (1¢) pass at the November 5, 2024 General Municipal Election.
