8.2 ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2024-27 ESTABLISHING THE CITIZEN’S TRANSACTIONS AND USE\n(SALES) TAX REVENUE MEASURE OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE AND APPROVE COMMITTEE\nBYLAWS\nAdopt Resolution No. 2024-27 establishing the Citizen’s Transactions and Use (Sales) Tax Revenue Measure Oversight\nCommittee, and approve Committee Bylaws, should the General Transactions and Use (Sales) Tax Measure at a rate of one\ncent (1¢) pass at the November 5, 2024 General Municipal Election.
