Authorize the purchase of the 2024 CASE 590SN 4WD backhoe\nloader through the Sourcewell, Purchasing Cooperative contract\nwith SONSRAY Machinery, in an amount not-to-exceed $197,885.41\nincluding a 3-year maintenance program; and\n2. Authorize the Director of Public Works, or his designee, to complete\nall appropriate documentation to finalize the purchase.

Resolution No. 2024-007 Initiating the Proceedings and Ordering\nPreparation of the Engineer's Report for the Parks Maintenance\nAssessment District for FY2024-2025\nStaff recommends that Council adopt Resolution No. 2024-007 entitled, "A\nResolution of the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, California,\nauthorizing the initiation of the proceedings and ordering the preparation\nof the Engineer's Report for the FY 2024-2025 levy of annual\nassessments for the City of Baldwin Park Parks Maintenance Assessment\nDistrict pursuant to the provisions of Division 15, Part 2 of the State of\nCalifornia Streets and Highways Code."

Authorize the Mayor to sign Funding Agreement No.\n920000000MX202302 with LACMTA for the Los Angeles Street\nComplete Streets Improvement Project.
