4. Authorize the Purchase of a 2024 CASE 590SN Backhoe Loader From SONSRAY Machinery - FY2023-24 CIP Project No. CIP24-025-55029 It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Authorize the purchase of the 2024 CASE 590SN 4WD backhoe loader through the Sourcewell, Purchasing Cooperative contract with SONSRAY Machinery, in an amount not-to-exceed $197,885.41 including a 3-year maintenance program; and 2. Authorize the Director of Public Works, or his designee, to complete all appropriate documentation to finalize the purchase.
