7. Authorize Purchase Orders and Expenditures at The Home Depot Center from Approved Fiscal Year 2023-24 Funds for Materials and Supplies in Various Maintenance and Operations Cost Centers. It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Authorize the expenditure of approved funds in the amount not-to- exceed $36,500 for purchase of materials and supplies from the Home Depot through June 30, 2024, and; 2. Authorize the Director of Finance to make the necessary budget transfers and adjustments, and; 3. Authorize the Public Works Director to prepare and process the necessary purchase order requisitions.
