4. Approval of Purchase from Game Room Specialists, Inc. DBA A & C Billiards and Barstools for Seven (7) Billiard Tables It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve the purchase in the amount of $27, 975.94 with Game Room Specialist, Inc. DBA A & C Billiards and Barstools for seven (7) billiard tables; and 2. Authorize the Director of Recreation & Community Services to execute any associated documents needed for the purchase; and 3. Authorize the Director of Finance to appropriate funds included in the FY 23-24 CIP budget and make necessary adjustments to the budget.
