Concur and approve the recommendation from the SOC for funding\nfrom Measure BP Fund for the acquisition of the following pieces of\nequipment:\n(a) One (1) “Kubota” Tractor at $59,000 (purchase)\n(b) One (1) Full Size Crew Cab Pick-Up Truck at $74,931\n(Lease)\n2. Authorize the Chief of Police to execute the Memorandum of\nUnderstanding (MOU) between the City of Baldwin Park and the\ncities of Azusa and Irwindale for the purpose of operating a regional\nSpecial Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team.\nSTAFF REPORT

Approve the proposal and award the maintenance project to APN\nLandscaping Inc. in an amount not-to-exceed $50,780; and\n2. Authorize the Director of Finance to make the necessary budget\ntransfers and adjustments for the proposed landscape maintenance\nproject; and\n3.
