6. Approval of Proposal from APN Landscape, Inc. for De Anza Elementary School Parkway Landscape Maintenance Project - CIP Project No. 24- 018-55037 It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve the proposal and award the maintenance project to APN Landscaping Inc. in an amount not-to-exceed $50,780; and 2. Authorize the Director of Finance to make the necessary budget transfers and adjustments for the proposed landscape maintenance project; and 3. Authorize the Director of Public Works, or his designee, to complete and process the necessary documents. STAFF REPORT
