1. City of Baldwin Park's Warrants and Demands\nStaff recommends that the City Council ratify the attached Warrants and\nDemands Register.

3. Recommendation of Approval of Funding from the Measure BP\nStakeholders Oversight Committee (SOC) - Facility Maintenance,\nProgramming and Site Maintenance for the Susan Rubio Zocalo Park and\nCivic Center Plaza For Fiscal Year 24/25\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Concur and approve the recommendation from the SOC for funding\nfrom the Measure BP Fund of $200,000 for the Facility Maintenance,\nProgramming and Site Maintenance of the Susan Rubio Zocalo Park\nand Civic Center Plaza, for Fiscal Year 24/25; and\n2. Authorize the Director of Finance to appropriate $115,000 for\nProgramming, $50,000 for Maintenance, and $35,000 for\nContingency, from the Measure BP Fund and create new account\nnumbers as needed to track all the related expenditures; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to make technical corrections as\nnecessary to carryout the intent of the City Council.

4. Approval for Procurement of a 2024 Ford Super Duty F-350 Graffiti Truck\nfrom National Auto Fleet Group CIP 24-034-55043\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Authorize the purchase of the 2024 Ford Super Duty F-350 DRW\n(F3H) XL Roadline Products Inc. Graffiti Truck through the\nSourcewell Purchasing Cooperative with National Auto Fleet Group,\nin an amount not-to-exceed $149,254.87; and\n2. Authorize the Finance Director to appropriate additional $69,254.87\nfrom Fund 255 – Measure M to Account No. 255-50-590-58110-\n55044; and,\n3. Authorize the Director of Public Works, or his designee, to complete\nall appropriate documentation to complete the purchase.

Rename Cleary Drive to Bernardo Flores Drive\n2. Dedicate Cleary Drive in honor of Mr. Bernardo Flores
